  1. 01

    Science over mysticism

We coach what's testable — positions, leverage, live reps. No secrets, no lineage, no mysticism.

  2. 02

    Modernism over tradition

The best methods are recent. We teach what works now, not what's old enough to be sacred.

  3. 03

    Progress over styles

You're not buying into a style. You're getting better at grappling — measurably, every week.

  4. 04

    Skill over ranks

No belts to chase. Your progress is who you can out-grapple, not the colour round your waist.

£45/month,
locked for life.

We need 30 people to help get this off the ground properly. The deal is straightforward: you commit early, you get the founding rate — £45/month — and it stays there for as long as you train here. We don't raise it on you later. If you cancel and come back, the standard rate applies. That's the whole arrangement.

Every session is structured — a clear focus, positional rounds, live training, and feedback you can act on. You'll always know what you're working on, and whether it's working. Every class is beginner-friendly — coached to scale to whoever's on the mat.
